We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on credit repayments and outstanding balances.
- Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and customer accounts.
- Communicate with borrowers and institutions regarding repayment obligations.
- Implement recovery strategies to reduce arrears and delinquency.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support coordination between credit and recovery functions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting, and corporate finance.
- Professional qualifications in Banking, Credit Management, or Finance will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in collections, recovery, credit administration, banking operations, customer service, or a related financial services role.
- Experience in debt recovery, customer account management, or loan administration will be an advantage.
