We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individual to join our team.!
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree (masters preferred) in Multimedia Design, Marketing, Business development, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in managerial role of functions of business development including market analysis, creative content development, social media marketing, Design and Animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership and Interpersonal Skills and team oriented mindset.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and experience in leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of market analysis, customer relationship management, and industry trends.
- Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business development (e.g., MBA) are an added advantage.
