Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and deployment of CRM modules using modern web technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
- Support integration with internal systems and third-party services.
- Conduct unit testing and assist in system integration testing (SIT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and contribute to user manuals.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders and document functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into CRM features and workflows.
- Assist in drafting and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to the developments.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including preparing test cases, collecting feedback, and tracking issues.
- Help manage project timelines, task tracking, and reporting under the guidance of the HOD.
- Maintain version control and change logs for CRM updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in software application support or IT operations, preferably in financial services.
- Familiarity with core banking software, CRM platforms, or enterprise applications is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in web development or software support roles.
- Experience in business analysis, technical support, or systems administration will be an added advantage.
