Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive credit evaluation for new business, in line with market and portfolio conditions.
- Evaluate applications for consumer loan/lease facilities and recommend for approval within the delegated authority limits.
- Assist the Head of Consumer Finance in achieving department-specific targets and boost portfolio growth.
- Maintain proper adherence and follow-up on consumer finance related documents as per policies and procedure.
- Assist in preparation of weekly/monthly and quarterly reports required for Senior Management.
- Assist to analyze impact of external and internal factors on the consumer business portfolio and progress towards consumer financial goals.
- Assist to conduct extensive research and industry analysis performance, to explore opportunities to grow business.
- Assist to plan and oversee consolidated budgets and long-range plans for Consumer Finance department.
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of A’ Level with minimum 2 passes or
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Banking and Finance or Accounting
- 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
