Noonu Atoll Local Authority Company is implementing important social and economic projects targeting the islands of Noon Atoll. Our primary objectives encompass a range of business ventures, including tourism development, renewable energy, agriculture, waste management and recycling, utility services, and any other projects or work assigned by the Noonu Atoll Council. 

To appoint an independent external auditor to provide an assessment and opinion on the fairness and accuracy of Noonu Atoll LAC Ltd.’s financial statements for the fiscal years ending 31 December 2023, 2024, 2025.

The external audit shall be conducted in accordance with the Terms of Reference (TOR) attached to this announcement and will cover the examination of the company’s financial statements for the periods specified above.

Interested audit firms must meet the minimum eligibility and technical requirements outlined in the attached TOR.

Firms must submit a comprehensive proposal including, but not limited to, all particulars specified in the TOR.

The selection will be made based on the evaluation criteria set out in the TOR.

• Price (80%) – The lowest bid will be used as the reference point for scoring other bids.

• Experience (20%) – Points will be awarded for relevant project experience, supported by reference letters and demonstrated expertise.
