Responsibilities:
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management.
• Manage Xpat System, ensuring quota, work permit/visa applications are processed within given deadlines.
• Maintain HR database, employee records and files.
• Complete statistics, termination, hire and transfer data, and other information assigned.
• Handle all expat-related work in an effective manner.
• Process and respond to incoming communications promptly (email, letters, telephone, face to face etc).
• Managing all correspondence incoming and outgoing communications.
• Assign incoming communication to relevant department and ensure timely response.
• Providing a full range administrative support to the corporate office.
• Managing and maintaining proper filing of corporate documents.
• Handle all responsibilities including organizing meetings.
• Managing office supplies stock and placing order.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with 3 years’ experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Quota, Work Visa Procedures, Immigration Rules, regulations and employment act.
• Super time management and punctuality.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.

Salary
MVR 10,000/- to 12,000/- (based on Qualification & Experience)
