Responsibilities
As Reservation Executive, the new member will be tasked with converting as many of reservation requests into confirmed reservations, then carefully input the booking information to reservation system. Propose programs/package to increase sales of room and revenue. Requirements Should effectively handle and convert all reservation inquiries and ensure accurate booking Information is ascertained and communicated to the operational team whilst ensuring customer delight and to support the achievements of the hotel
Experience
A minimum 2-year experience in a similar capacity.
Qualification
University certificate with proven knowledge on tourism, hospitality and reservation
Remuneration
A competitive remuneration package will be accorded based on the experience and qualification
