SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Promote the Resort’s marketing activities to the media covering all food and beverage, rooms and event promotions.
- Execution of a strategic and comprehensive online/offline advertising including media planning and creating the visual.
- Help with execution of press release, photo shootings, press tour, and overall press relations.
- Ensure all communication channel including Digital, Social Media and PR/Media are activated, structured and regularly update.
- To manage and monitor the Resort’s online reputation across different reviews sites and social media platforms.
- • To bring creative ideas and participate in promotional activities
- .Ensure proper archive of marketing, PR and contents including up to date collateral, photo, video library and all maters relating to marketing and PR.
- An advertising, marketing or mass communication graduate with experience in a similar field and with a good knowledge of the international media and media culture.
- Previous experience of working in a marketing and PR role for the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience of working to and understanding key marketing and PR disciplines, plans and strategies.
- Enjoys working collaboratively and is a key team players with a “can do” attitude and thrives on a challenge.
- Ability to work under pressure at all times.
- Graphic design software skills—Adobe creative Suite.
- Micros Office skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
