As a reservations agent, you will responds to reservation requests from guests, travel agents, and referral networks made through various communication platforms and ensure creating, updating and maintaining reservation records promptly in accordance with guests booking confirmations.
Requirement:
Requirement:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the luxury Resort/hotel with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Experience in all reservation software and upselling and suggestive selling techniques is a huge advantage
