- Ability to manage budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results in a similar sized property
- Must be proactive with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Highly organized, energetic and possess the ability to get the job done on timely manner
- Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned

- Must be a leader of impeccable service standards and consistent quality.
- Excellent in carrying out transformative trainings.
- Understand & familiar with the competitive market trends
- Demonstrate a friendly, helpful and trustworthy culture
- Self-driven, goal-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIRMENT
- Degree from a recognized University in Guest Relation Management or Hospitality
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role for an international 5* hotel or Resort
- Experience with Butler / Thakuru system
- Multiple language speaking ability would be an added advantage
- Passionate to work on a remote island
