Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily technical maintenance and repair activities.
- Carry out and oversee electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, carpentry, and general technical maintenance works.
- Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose technical faults, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely repairs.
- Attend to maintenance requests and ensure efficient completion of assigned tasks.
- Supervise technical team members and coordinate daily work assignments.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers when required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment servicing, and materials used.
- Monitor maintenance supplies, tools, spare parts, and equipment inventory.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and technical standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance and technical issues.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant technical maintenance experience, preferably within hotels, hospitality, or property management.
- Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related technical field will be an advantage.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance.
- Previous experience in a technical supervisory role will be an advantage.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple maintenance tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Flexible and willing to respond to urgent technical and maintenance requirements.
