Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, machinery, and equipment.
- Manage and supervise engineering staff.Ensure high standards of maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs.
- Handle major repairs and system overhauls.
- Maintain safety and emergency procedures.
- Manage inventory of engineering supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment.
- Participate in budget preparation and cost control.
- Address and resolve guest maintenance issues promptly.
Professional Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with Opera/Micros systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
