Duties & Responsibilities

Manage, allocate, and coordinate tasks among delivery team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor and guide delivery in-charges to ensure all deliveries are completed within the specified time frames.
Monitor delivery operations and promptly address delivery-related issues and concerns.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve logistical challenges and improve delivery efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on delivery operations for management.
Monitor delivery team performance and provide regular feedback to the Head of Department (HOD).
Manage and maintain accurate records of all delivery vehicles, including maintenance, servicing, and related documentation.
Ensure delivery operations comply with company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in delivery operations, logistics, transportation, or a related field is required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to supervise staff and coordinate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to work extended hours during peak periods when required.
Computer literacy and proficiency in maintaining operational records and reports.
Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
