Responsibilities
- Supervise day to day offshore unloading and cargo transfer operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely execution from vessel to shore/site.
- Coordinate offshore machinery, equipment, and logistics personnel involved in operations.
- Liaise with Masters, Stevedores, Project Supervisors, and relevant authorities.
- Monitor and report turnaround times, delays, weather downtime, and equipment constraints.
- Ensure equipment, lifting gear, hoses, fuel, and machinery are ready, inspected, and fit for offshore operations.
- Verify load plans, cargo quantities, documentation, and safe working limits.
- Monitor cargo transfers to prevent spillage, damage, or loss.
- Enforce HSE requirements and respond to offshore emergencies.
- Perform additional duties to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Minimum Requirements
- 03 years experience in a related field.
