General Requirements
- Diploma or B.Sc. Nursing
- Registered Nurse at a Licensing Authority
- Minimum 2 years of nursing practice in a 150-bedded hospital within the last 5 years (expats)
- Proven experience in emergency/trauma department
- Good English communication skills
- Minimum score of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent (expats)
Job Specification
- Nursing care role within the Emergency department
- Demonstrate understanding of nursing care, processes and procedures in area of care
- Proven ability to work effectively independently, and in a team
- Clear understanding of scope of practice and specific role requirements
- Ability to coordinate and manage patient specific treatment requirements accurately
- Assist the doctors with procedures
- Needs to be flexible to adjust care to specific needs
- Ability to record all details of care and treatment accurately
