Key Responsibilities
- Compile the annual training calendar and ensure the timely delivery of scheduled programs.
- Conduct Individual Development Plan (IDP) exercises and identify skill gaps across functions.
- Prioritize development requirements and assist the HOD in conducting Talent Reviews.
- Analyze HR data and develop innovative approaches to address skill gaps and support career growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or in a relevant field.
- Minimum 02 year of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in HR data analytics will be an added advantage.
