The role includes creating short-form video content using smartphones or DSLR cameras, basic lighting and vertical framing, as well as editing, captioning, and formatting content for each platform. Proficiency in CapCut is essential, with working knowledge of Premiere Pro, platform-native editing tools, and a strong understanding of platform-specific aspect ratios, caption requirements, and character limits. The ideal candidate should also be AI-smart, confident in using relevant AI tools for content ideation, scripting, image/video creation, editing, research, optimization, and workflow efficiency.
