Job Description
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards on construction sites.
- Good communication skills in English (Dhivehi/Hindhi is a plus).
- Must be willing to stay on-site when required.
- Punctual, organized, and proactive.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to liaise with clients, consultants, and project managers.
