Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality photo and video content for social media and digital platforms
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms
- Develop creative concepts that showcase our resort, facilities, services, and guest experiences
- Capture lifestyle, hospitality, travel, food, and event-related content
- Edit photos and videos to maintain a consistent and professional brand image
- Assist in developing social media content calendars and campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing and hospitality teams to develop creative content ideas
- Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing trends
- Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines
- Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand standards and values
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Creative and visually driven with a strong portfolio of photography and videography work
- Skilled in photography, videography, video editing, graphic design, and content creation
- Familiar with social media platforms and current digital content trends
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and working within deadlines
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills
- Passionate about hospitality, travel, lifestyle, and island experiences
- Creative, proactive, and able to bring new ideas and concepts to life
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
