Responsibilities
- Ensure that staff contracts and job descriptions are always up-to-date and accurately reflect employees' roles and responsibilities.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to review and revise job descriptions as needed to align with organizational objectives.
- Oversee the probation evaluation process for new hires, ensuring that evaluations are conducted in a timely and thorough manner.
- Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on conducting effective probationary assessments and documenting performance feedback.
- Lead the onboarding process for new employees, from pre-employment activities to post-employment support during their first year.
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs and materials to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure that new hires have access to necessary resources, training, and support.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of staff contracts, job descriptions, and probationary evaluations in compliance with recordkeeping requirements.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for new employees, facilitating their integration into the organizational culture.
- Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement during the onboarding period, proactively addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to the team, ensuring equitable distribution of tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Identify training needs and support the professional growth of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance management evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to optimize team performance.
- Address conflicts and issues within the team promptly and effectively, promoting understanding and collaboration.
- Perform other assigned duties that enhance the productivity and efficiency of the Talent Acquisition department. Be available for urgent requirements and demonstrate a proactive approach to addressing work priorities, ensuring deadlines are met.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience; OR
- Diploma in a related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Must be hardworking, committed, and flexible to work extended hours when required.
