We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine laboratory work for thalassemia screening including phlebotomy, complete haemogram, blood picture analysis and electrophoresis.
Participate in field trips as required.
Involve in awareness raising programs as needed.
Provide genetic counselling to identified carriers and couples at risk.
Conduct data entry for Thalassemia and updating of laboratory statistics.
Ensure proper utilization and storage of laboratory supplies and equipment.
Coordinate in-house training.
Perform routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and preparation of reagents.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field (including hematology).
Must have a Phlebotomy Certificate.
Experience in a relevant field will be considered.
Must be registered at Maldives Allied Health Council and licensed to work as a Laboratory Technologist.
Must be a Maldivian.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Strong time management skills.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Good analytical judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
