We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee and supervise daily construction activities at the project work site.
Ensure all work is completed within the designated timeframe and in accordance with the required quality standards.
Plan, coordinate, and efficiently allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources at the site.
Supervise project team members and ensure that assigned tasks are completed effectively and on schedule.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors, subcontractors, the Project Manager, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth coordination and successful completion of project activities.
Monitor project progress and identify any delays, issues, or potential risks, taking appropriate corrective action where required.
Maintain accurate site records, including daily activities, work progress, manpower, materials, timelines, and other relevant project documentation.
Prepare and submit regular progress updates and reports to the Project Manager.
Ensure that work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project requirements, and company standards.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in supervising construction or project site activities.
Ability to oversee daily site operations and ensure work is completed on schedule and according to required quality standards.
Strong resource management skills, including efficient allocation and monitoring of manpower, materials and equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues, contractors, Project Managers.
Good organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate project records, timelines and progress reports.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and supervise project team members effectively.
Knowledge of workplace health and safety standards and ability to maintain site cleanliness and safety compliance at all times.
Problem solving skills and ability to handle site related issues efficiently.
