We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team
Key Responsibilites
- Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team.
- Monitor production progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Ensure quality standards and workplace safety requirements are followed.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production.
- Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain efficient workflow and high production standards.
Requirements
- Experience in boatbuilding, marine manufacturing, or a related industry.
- Proven experience in production supervision or team leadership.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of FRP, composites, and marine production processes is an advantage.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
