We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all air-conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Identify potential faults and carry out preventive actions before major breakdowns occur.
- Replace defective components, including capacitors, contactors, thermostats, motors, sensors, relays, and other minor parts.
- Assist with the installation of new air-conditioning systems and related equipment.
- Monitor the operational condition and performance of all assigned AC equipment.
- Report equipment requiring major repairs, replacement, or specialist intervention to management.
- Maintain proper care and control of assigned tools and equipment.
- Assist other maintenance personnel with electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or general maintenance work as required.
- Support emergency maintenance and breakdown responses outside normal working hours when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience in air-conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to be based in Thimarafushi.
