We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !
Experience
- Manage the day-to-day HR and administrative operations of the company.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and working hours, and take appropriate action for absenteeism, lateness, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Plan and execute recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, onboarding, and orientation for new employees.
- Process work visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and liaise with relevant government authorities.
- Prepare and manage employee leave plans, annual leave schedules, and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and coordinate shift schedules according to operational requirements.
- Coordinate employee accommodation, conduct regular inspections, and ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
- Manage staff uniform issuance, replacement, inventory, and ensure employees comply with grooming and uniform standards.
- Assist in payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, leave records, and other HR-related data.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and internal HR procedures.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary cases, warning letters, and performance-related documentation.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate office administration, procurement of office supplies, and general administrative support.
- Prepare HR reports, staff statistics, and other management reports as required.
- Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR or Administration.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Good knowledge of Maldives Employment Act and immigration procedures.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR/Payroll systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
