We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate and B2B customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned brands.
- Visit customers, understand their requirements, and provide suitable product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and support sales negotiations.
- Promote assigned brands through customer engagement and marketing activities.
- Keep updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and sales forecasts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in B2B sales or account management is preferred.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, marketing, and customer engagement.
- Experience in IT, security, networking, CCTV, or electronics industries will be an advantage.
