Candidate profile

  • 2–4 years' experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a similar role within hospitality or luxury brands.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, websites, and digital marketing channels.
  • Basic graphic design, photography, and content creation skills using relevant software.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of hospitality branding, guest experience, and luxury service standards is an advantage.
  • Familiar with Health & Safety policies, company standards, and LQA requirements.

Job Description

  • Manage and maintain the resort's brand identity across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Create, edit, and coordinate marketing materials, promotional content, newsletters, press releases, and other communications.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, websites, email marketing, and digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate photography, videography, and content production to support marketing objectives.
  • Manage media, influencer, and content creator visits to maximize brand exposure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media partners, PR agencies, and industry contacts.
  • Monitor and compile media coverage, press clippings, and campaign performance reports.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Support the planning, promotion, and execution of resort events, experiences, and special campaigns.
  • Assist in developing and implementing annual marketing and communication plans.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and ensure activities are delivered within approved expenditure.
  • Maintain and update website content and digital marketing platforms.
  • Monitor social media engagement and recommend opportunities to improve brand visibility.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management.
  • Work closely with operational departments to support guest experience initiatives.
  • Stay updated with hospitality, tourism, and digital marketing trends.Ensure compliance with company policies, brand guidelines, and Health & Safety standards.Perform any other duties assigned by the Cluster Director of Marketing & PR or Resort Management.
