General Requirements

Minimum 5 years in the field of security, with atleast 2 years in Supervisory position
Sound computer skills in MS office programs including excel
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and flexibility to endure long working hours
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required

Job Specification

Assist in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures
Supervise and mentor security and transport personnel, overseeing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as necessary
Collaborate with the Security Manager to assess operational needs and facilitate effective communication across departments
Organize and lead responses to emergencies and alarms
Investigate security breaches and document findings for corrective actions
Document and report security incidents or concerns to the Security Manager promptly
Ensure that all security staff are prepared for emergency situations through drills and training
Conduct facility inspections to verify compliance with security policies and regulations
Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services to coordinate security operations and responses
Respond to hospital emergency codes in accordance with established procedures
Assist in managing transport-related regulatory requirements, including insurance and permits
