Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mobile broadband, fiber internet, IPTV, domain, web hosting, and email service issues.
- Perform network/system troubleshooting, escalate complex issues, and collaborate with cross- functional teams.
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate information, identifying sales opportunities, and meeting SLAs.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation while adhering to company policies and confidentiality requirements.
- Participate in training, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting team operations.
