We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain company security policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
Ensure security compliance across processing facilities, warehouses, offices, accommodation etc.
Investigate security incidents, theft, misconduct or any other security-related matters.
Coordinate emergency response plans, emergency drills, and first aid activities.
Liaise with local authorities and relevant stakeholders when required.
Manage, supervise and train security personnel.
Maintain confidential records and provide regular security performance reports to Management.
Prepare incident reports and recommend corrective actions when required.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 10 years of experience in security management role in industrial operations is a must.
Preference will be given to the candidates with professional Security certifications or trainings.
Strong knowledge of security systems, risk management, investigations, and emergency response procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions under pressure
Proficiency in MS office applications.
A valid driver’s license
