We are looking for a passionate Assistant Trainer to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who is committed to developing people, supporting operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization. The successful candidate will assist in delivering engaging training programs, supporting employee development initiatives, and promoting consistent standards that contribute to business performance and growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in training, employee development, operations supervision, customer service, or a related role.
- Experience in training delivery, facilitating, coaching or employee assessments will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Dhivehi and English.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver induction, classroom, practical, and on-the-job training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on customer service, operational procedures, workplace safety, product knowledge, and company policies.
- Assess employee competency and support development through coaching, evaluations, and follow-up activities.
- Identify training needs and skill gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain training records, assessment results, and other training documentation.
- Assist in developing and updating training materials and learning resources.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout the organization.
