Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to company rules, regulations, and policies at all times.
- Promptly and courteously handle all reservation requests.
- Manage internal and external reservation-related telephone calls in accordance with procedures.
- Regularly update and maintain the reservations system.
- Handle and monitor arrival and departure transfer arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date reservation correspondence and documentation.
- Process reservation amendments and cancellations accurately.
- Monitor arrangements for VIPs, CIPs, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, and FAM Groups.
- Provide updated reports and information to relevant departments.
- Monitor arrangements for guests with special requests (repeat guests, honeymooners, guests with disabilities, etc.).
- Ensure hygienic and organized conditions within the Reservations Department.
- Maintain the reservations filing and document system.
- Handle office property and equipment responsibly and follow preventive maintenance procedures.
- Attend training sessions, promotional events, staff activities, and departmental meetings as required.
- Provide miscellaneous clerical and guest service support when necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Education: GCE A’ Level.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Ability to work long hours when required.
- Team player with a positive and professional attitude.
