We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate vessel cargo unloading operations.
Liaise with ship crews, port authorities, transport providers, and terminal operators.
Supervise cargo handling activities and ensure efficient operations.
Enforce workplace safety standards and proper use of PPE.
Monitor cargo handling to prevent damage and report any discrepancies.
Maintain operational records, reports, and cargo documentation.
Coordinate equipment availability, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
Manage logistics, yard operations, and cargo dispatch to warehouses or transport.
Ensure compliance with port regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements.
Lead operational teams, assign duties, and resolve on-site issues.
Optimize manpower and equipment utilization to minimize vessel turnaround time.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and team management abilities.
Knowledge of cargo handling, logistics, or port operations is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience in operations, logistics, shipping, or related fields preferred.
Willing and able to work in remote island locations, travel by sea, and visit operational vessels as required.
