Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail/supermarket operations in a supervisory/managerial capacity preferably in a multi-department retail environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management / Retail Management / or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing daily store operations, including staff leadership and operational compliance.
- Strong capability in retail operations, merchandising, and process adherence.
- Implement sales and promotional strategies to meet business objectives.
