We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a sales team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Monitor inventory and prepare sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer relationship management and after-sales service.
- Use Odoo ERP software for sales and operations management.
- Communicate effectively with clients and negotiate deals.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs in the Maldivian market.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma (Level 5 or above) in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Sales Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, hardware, construction, or supply businesses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo ERP software.
- Strong sales, marketing, and business development skills.
- Fluency in Dhivehi and English.
