Qualification:

Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field (including hematology)
Should have a Phlebotomy Certificate
Experience in a relevant field will be considered
Should be registered at Maldives Allied Health Council and licensed to work as a Laboratory Technologist

Requirements

Should be a Maldivian
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Strong time management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Possess fine analytical judgement, excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good eye-hand coordination
Attention to detail for obtaining accurate results on tests and good organizational skills
Focused and target oriented
Should enjoy taking a methodical approach to work, analyzing results, establishing procedures and able to use computers and specialized instruments for accurate and precise testing.
Able to pay attention to detail for obtaining accurate results on tests
Able to work as part of a team
Able to travel on occasions when required
