Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Manage, supervise, and train shop staff
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and business goals
- Maintain stock levels, inventory records, and place orders
- Handle cash and daily sales reports accurately
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain shop cleanliness, display standards, and company policies
Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification in business, retail management, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in shop/store management and daily retail operations
- Strong leadership skills to manage staff and achieve sales targets
- Good knowledge of inventory control, billing, and cash handling
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use POS/billing system
