We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Maintain HR databases, personnel files, and attendance records.
- Prepare letters, memos, and reports as required.
- Assist with payroll preparation and leave management.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, correspondence, and office supply management.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-2 years experience in HR/administration preferred (fresh graduates may also apply)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Verbal & Written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with discretion.
