Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their business needs and propose.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth contract execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and support requests efficiently.
Requirements
Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven 2+ year experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Dhivehi.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
