Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor stock levels across multiple pharmacies and warehouses
Ensure timely ordering, receiving, and distribution of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
Coordinate with suppliers, store managers, and procurement team
Prevent stockouts and overstock through effective forecasting
Ensure storage compliance with health and safety standards
Optimize inventory processes and implement cost-control strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or higher qualification in Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Pharmacy Operations, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and handling of medical stock
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
