Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with password resets, and addressing basic IT Related inquiries
- Assist with the setup, installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware, peripherals, Mobile devices.
- Assist in basic network troubleshooting, such as verifying network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and maintain printers.
- Assist with remote support for users working off-site.
- Follow established IT policies and procedures related to security, data access, and compliance
- Document incidents and follow up on remediation.
