Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute all marketing activities.
- Identify and negotiate with clients like developers and contractors.
- Prepare technical quotations and design solutions.
- Conduct site visits for project assessments.
- Draft door and window layouts for client approval.
- Monitor tenders and business opportunities.
- Manage social media presence and promotional activities.
- Develop island and resort markets from inquiry to completion.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or business development.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
- Ability to read architectural drawings and sketch layouts.
- Willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
- Self-driven and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
