Seeking an experienced, ambitious, and highly driven Business Development Executive!
ABOUT THE ROLE
Sanco Maldives Pvt Ltd is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth across our expanding food and beverage portfolio, including the rapidly growing Good Seoul brand. This is a field-based sales role focused on winning new business, building client relationships, and exceeding targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop new business across resorts, hotels, guesthouses, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and retail outlets throughout the Maldives.
  • Build relationships with Procurement Managers, Purchasing Officers, Executive Chefs, and F&B Managers.
  • Promote Safe Sea's food and beverage portfolio, including Good Seoul products.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing customers.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records and market intelligence.
  • Travel to resort islands and outer atolls as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 3 years' proven sales experience in FMCG, food distribution, hospitality supplies, food service, beverage distribution, or similar B2B sales.
  • Demonstrated record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Comfortable spending most working hours in the field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and sales/order systems.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Maldives.
  • Existing hospitality, resort, retail, or food service network is an advantage.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to both Maldivian and foreign candidates. Foreign applicants must possess relevant experience and a proven sales track record. Employment visa and work permit sponsorship will be provided to successful foreign candidates.

PREFERRED QUALITIES
  • Existing relationships with resort procurement teams, chefs, F&B managers, or hospitality operators.
  • Experience handling food and beverage brands.
  • Strong understanding of the Maldives hospitality and resort supply market.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.

WHAT YOU WILL EARN
  • Base Salary: MVR 10,000+ (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped Sales Commission
  • Performance Bonuses for exceeding targets
