Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance operations across properties and facilities
- Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Supervise maintenance staff, technicians, and external contractors
- Monitor and maintain Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevator, Water, and Utility systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify repair and maintenance needs
- Ensure all facilities comply with health, safety, and operational standards
- Manage maintenance schedules, work orders, inventory, and records
- Coordinate renovations, repairs, and improvement projects
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and operational issues
- Monitor maintenance costs and assist with budgeting and cost control
- Ensure properties remain clean, safe, functional, and well-maintained
Requirements & Qualifications
- Technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field with minimum 5 yrs of experience
- Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevator systems, Mechanical, and general maintenance systems
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance-related issues efficiently
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties and facilities
- Experience in hospitality, residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties is an advantage
