Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing regulatory compliance and associated approvals.
- Maintain effective relationships with all regulatory, legislative and certification bodies.
- Monitor compliance with all applicable standards as required by the Management.
- Assist in preparing the audit plan and run the Compliance Monitoring Programme.
- Review corrective actions to eliminate non-compliances and ensure effectiveness.
- Maintain document control procedures and training for MCAR-compliance.
- Analyse compliance data to determine root causes of non-conformances and ensure corrective actions prevent recurrence.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering.
- Formal qualification/s in Quality Management Systems and auditing.
- Regulatory auditing techniques training.
- Knowledge of MCARs, EASA Regulations and ICAO Standards.
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality and compliance auditing.
- Skills in process mapping, document control, and drafting operational procedures.
