Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of outsourced accounting and tax services for assigned clients
- Assess client requirements and design accounting and tax service solutions tailored to business needs
- Provide practical accounting solutions and recommendations to address client issues and improve processes
- Oversee bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end closing
- Review financial records, management accounts, and tax computations for accuracy and quality
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and tax regulations
- Support and deliver client training on accounting processes, systems, and reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Experience in supervising staff and reviewing accounting work
