Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
5+ years of experience in a similar field and minimum 2 years experience in management position.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent written English and conversational English/Dhivehi to cater to international and local customers.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to uphold store standards.
Passion for Oevaali Art Shop's products and lifestyle, with the ability to translate this enthusiasm into exceptional customer service.
Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to maintaining operational excellence.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays, as needed.
Working hours - 1.30pm - 10.30pm
