Key Responsibilities
- Handle online sales inquiries through social media platforms, emails, and phone calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure excellent customer service.
- Process online orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Promote company products and services through digital platforms and online channels.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Monitor online sales activities and provide regular sales updates and performance reports.
- Support social media promotions and online marketing campaigns.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Demonstrate dedication, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or online sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic sales software systems.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Professional attitude with excellent customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in handling online sales platforms or CRM systems will be considered an added advantage.
