Key Responsibilities

Handle online sales inquiries through social media platforms, emails, and phone calls.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to ensure excellent customer service.
Process online orders and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Promote company products and services through digital platforms and online channels.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
Monitor online sales activities and provide regular sales updates and performance reports.
Support social media promotions and online marketing campaigns.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Demonstrate dedication, teamwork, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or online sales.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of social media platforms and online communication tools.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic sales software systems.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Professional attitude with excellent customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Experience in handling online sales platforms or CRM systems will be considered an added advantage.
