Key Responsibilities
- Provisioning, configuring, monitoring, upgrading, and maintaining ICT systems.
- Ensuring system availability and operational integrity.
- Adhering to Group Policies and procedures on ICT.
- Maintaining a proper inventory of ICT systems.
- Safeguarding data confidentiality and information security.
- Providing guidance and sharing technical expertise with team members.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
- Minimum one-year relevant industry experience.
- Professional certifications MCSA, CCNA etc.
- Excellent command in Dhivehi & English.
- Technical skills in ICT.
- Problem-solving ability and capability to multi-task and learn new concepts quickly.
