We are looking for a passionate and energetic Individuals to join our Team.!

Specific Duties

Liaise with site supervisors, dredge masters and operation staff for achieving optimum production.
Monitor daily operation of dredgers and reclamation progress and reporting daily in a timely manner.
Monitor dredge systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient dredging operation.
Handle the administrative works at project site or assigned dredger (i.e., inventory, documents petty cash)
Supervise and work as a team leader within and dredging and reclamation team.
Plan for optimum use of equipment, materials, and manpower for the assigned dredgers / anchor reclamation projects.
Attend to emergencies and drills.
Assist subordinates in solving operational issues and providing technical support.
Monitor Cutter suction dredgers (Jarraafa’s) operation during dredging, repairs, and maintenance.
Evaluate employee’s work.
Enforce company’s safety and quality standards among subordinates.
Coordinate with dredge masters to train, evaluate and dredging crew.
Perform other duties required or assigned, which help to improve the productivity and service of the department.
